Chris Ume (vfxchrisume) is one of the best deepfake creators in the world. He recently made a sensation with a deepfake of Tom Cruise on TikTok. The video went viral on social media totalizing 1.1 million likes. In this episode, we discuss the reasons that made him work on that video and the state of synthetic media and deepfakes.
